Zemo electronic cigarettes can be purchased by U.S. and international customers and shipped to U.S. and international shipping addresses with delivery supplied by either The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. New orders are typically packed within 1-2 business days of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout based upon the shipping option selected. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package.
NOTE: Free U.S. shipping is offered for order over $25 delivered by USPS. If free shipping is selected, we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. Guaranteed delivery is only available on orders shipped via expedited shipping. If you are concerned about time taken or missing packages please choose expedited shipping. We now offer free expedited shipping on orders over $100. Our Fulfillment, Return and Exchange Department operates 24/7.

To Process a Return:
- Click here to download the RMA form, and fill it out with your order info.
- Submit the completed form to our return department.
- We will get back to you with a Return ID within 3 business days.
- Ship the product to: 813 5th Ave., New Hyde Park, NY 11040 within 30 days of the original ship date. Pack the return items properly with a padded envelope or box. Please be sure to prominently display your Return ID on the outside of the package or on a paper slid inside of the package. If you did not hear from us within 3 business days, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to look it up for you.
Please Note: Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to Zemo Rechargeable Kits in their original packaging; we do not offer refunds on Flavored Cartridges or Zemo Disposables. Misused, damaged, or broken rechargeable kits will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received in our return address within 30-days of the original purchase date. Zemo Cigs does not refund any shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error. We also do not pay the cost of shipping rechargeable kits back to us.
